This has led to the evolution of Problem Solving or Solution Focused Courts.
The symposium will feature national and international experts who will discuss several innovative approaches to justice and treatment including the composition, method of operation, challenges, best practices and outcomes in Problem Solving Courts such as Drug Treatment, Mental Health, Aboriginal Programs, Youth Courts, Gang Violence, Domestic Violence and Community Courts.
